Due to the Covid-19 PANDEMIC, We offer paperless ONLINE-ORDERING. The system will require you to make an account for better monitoring and ease of use.
ORDER CONFIRMATION will be sent to you via email with further instructions after you finish.
+ HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CONFIRMED ORDER?
DEPOSIT ONLY AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL (after placing an order).
We currently offer the following payment channels BANK DEPOSIT / ONLINE TRANSFER

Send a copy of your deposit slip / screen cap of the confirmation to PAYMENTS@SUNNY16LAB.COM.
Use the SUBJECT : PROOF OF PAYMENT < your name> < your ORDER NUMBER>
This also applies if you receive an email that you have pending balance to your order and need to make additional payment.
NO DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION/PAYMENT/ODER NUMBER, NO PROCESS.
We will hold your films here for a month and try to contact you 2x for payment confirmation before we dispose of all unpaid orders.
+ HOW DO I SEND YOU MY FILM PAID/CONFIRMED ORDER?
After emailing your proof of payment, you can do one of the following (no need to wait for us to acknowledge your payment):
You can MAIL-IN Film in from anywhere in the Philippines or the world (LBC, DHL, FEDEX, USPS, TNT, JRS, 2GO, J&T PHILPOST etc**) or use a DELIVERY APP / SERVICE from anywhere within Metro Manila (GRAB / LALAMOVE / MR SPEEDY, ANGKAS (AT YOUR EXPENSE/Please pay the delivery fee to the driver before sending to us) use to this address:

- 30 MATINO ST. REGRAY BUILDING, SIKATUNA VILLAGE, DILIMAN QUEZON CITY.
- Monday's - Saturdays 9am - 4pm.
- PLEASE TELL THE DRIVER TO USE THE DROPBOX IN FRONT OF OUR OFICE. ASK THE GUARD ON DUTY WHERE THE UNIT IS (Behind BIG AL's SIKATUNA)
DO NOT FORGET TO LABEL YOUR PACKAGE ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFO:
- YOUR COMPLETE NAME
- ORDER NUMBER (emailed to you after placing an order)
PACK YOUR FILM WELL in easy to dispose paper bags or small box, AVOID USING PLASTIC BAGS/WRAPS for COVID SAFETY.
+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH/SCAN/PRINT MY ORDER?
Due to our limited staffing at the LAB ) due to the restrictions imposed by MECQ , orders can take from 1-2 weeks to deliver (scans) and up to a month to be delivered to your address (LBC delays can take up to 15 days).
We do not accept rush orders at the moment.
+ WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MY FINISHED ORDER? CAN I USE GRAB/LALAMOVE/COURIER TO PICKUP MY ORDER?
All FILM SCANNED FILES will be uploaded to a google drive link which will be emailed to the email address you used on your account. This link will be emailed to you the same day as you place your order on our system.
Finished NEGATIVES/PRINTS can be either :
- DESTROYED (FREE)
- PICKEDUP PERSONALLY / VIA APP COURIER AT YOUR EXPENSE WAIT FOR OUR EMAIL BEFORE PICKUP (WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AT OUR LOGISTICS CENTER (47 MALUMANAY ST SIKATUNA VILLAGE DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY, 10am - 4pm by appointment).
- SHIPPED BACK TO YOU VIA LBC (Checkout Shipping fees)
SCANS for orders tagged as FOR PICKUP (personal or via app-courier) will only be uploaded to your google drive link on the day you PICKUP your order/negatives/prints from our LOGISTICS CENTER.

We are doing this to prevent abandoned orders from piling up at our office.

All uncollected order/negatives/prints past 1 month from email notice of availability will be disposed off without prior notice.
+ DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS / DROP OFFS AT YOUR HQ?
Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, we do not allow WALK-INS at the moment.
We however allow DROP-OFFS using our DROPBOX outside our office provided you have made an order online and paid for the said order online. You must write your NAME AND ORDER NUMBER on your package prior to dropping it off.
DO not include your payment/cash inside your package.
We highly encourage you to use a courier service to drop off your orders for your own safety. STAY HOME
