1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
All orders (including WALK-INS) are done online through our paperless ordering system:

- Please note that same-day processing is for PERSONAL walk-ins only. Orders dropped off via courier will be processed within 3-5 days.

Films are held for 1 month. We will attempt to contact you twice.

Unpaid/unconfirmed orders will be disposed of

NO PAYMENT / NO ORDER NUMBER = NO PROCESSING. This also applies if you receive an email stating that your order has a pending balance and requires an additional payment.
4. HOW DO I SEND/DROP OFF MY FILM?
After emailing your proof of payment, you can do one of the following (No need to wait for us to acknowledge your payment)

- LBC, DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, JRS, 2GO, J&T, PHILPOST, etc.

PERSONAL WALK IN CLIENTS: Please proceed to Unit 109 at Sunny16 Café. For drop-offs, you may wait, make a purchase, or dine at the café while your rolls are being processed. For pick-ups, please inform the front desk of your order number. Our location is behind Big Al’s.
PACKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Pack your film securely in a small paper bag, box, or ziplock.
- No need to include the plastic canister.
- PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR PAYMENT/CASH INSIDE YOUR PACKAGE.
LABEL YOUR PACKAGE CLEARLY
Please label the package with:

5. DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL WALK-INS?
YES - Please note that same-day processing is for PERSONAL walk-ins only.
Orders dropped off via courier will be processed within 3-5 days.
SAME DAY PROCESSING for C41 (COLORED) FILMS ONLY.
IMPORTANT:

Personal walk-ins MUST PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER BEFORE HANDING THEIR ROLL TO THE LAB.

Our standard cut-off time is 2 PM. However, depending on the volume of orders, the cut-off may be adjusted between 1 PM and 2 PM

Waiting time: Around 3-5 hours

You may wait at our Analog Café / Lounge / Bar.
6. HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders due to the holiday season, which may affect the turnaround time for all services. We are actively working to complete all backlogged orders.

7. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY FINISHED ORDER? CAN I USE GRAB/LALAMOVE/COURIER TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

ALL FILM SCANNED FILES will be uploaded to a Google Drive link sent to the email address used on your account.
IMPORTANT: Links will NOT be sent to any other email address.

Scan Release Policy
- For PICKUP orders, scans are uploaded only on the day you pick up your negatives/prints.
8. LBC SHIPPING FEES (RETURN SHIPPING)
(For 1–10 rolls of negatives or up to 100 prints)

LBC Box (10+ rolls, large orders, 100+ prints, cameras): ₱300

Unclaimed orders will be destroyed after 2 weeks from our email notification.
9. WHAT IF MY ROLL COMES OUT BLANK?

If your film develops with no images, you will receive store credit for the scanning fee only.
